I love your tips and tricks - thank you! I haven't felt lonely in a few years. I fostered/adopted my dog in late 3/2020 and met my partner in 6/2020. The combo helps, but I don't think I give my dog enough credit for the lapse of loneliness. I'm learning this from your sentence!
