I’m an academic advisor at a college and I do tell students it’s a tool to get an idea if an instructor’s teaching style matches well with their learning style (through the “tag” feature mainly). But I also tell them instructors will receive inaccurate negative views if the course is hard or a student received a bad grade. I really wish there was something better.
