Thank you for writing about this! I have talked with my county and they told me the cold cups themselves are recyclable but the lids are not. Which makes me wonder how many people are actually researching this to find out - every county is different and it's not straightforward. So if you throw both the cold cup and the lid together...is it a scenario where the recycling company tosses the load all-together if part of the product is recyclable and part is not.

Ugh - recycling is so confusing - with the stats of 5-7% of what you throw in the recycling actually being recycled. I often order my coffee on the app and pick up, which doesn't allow me to use my own reusable cup - I need to do better!
