Thanks for writing this and doing your research. With the Blue Zones - it was a good reminder to add more plants to my diet and foods I was lacking: lentils/beans, make more soups like miso, etc. The Twins study I mentioned earlier is clearly biased from the beginning, which makes one skeptical. I tend to take what makes sense to me and add the rest to my "not sure about this" mental list.
